The role is based in 12-bed step through rehabilitative facility set in the beautiful grounds of South Gloucestershire. The home houses adult males aged 18-65 with a mental health illness, the service's core philosophy is the promotion of independence, health and social recovery through bespoke rehabilitation and care/support planning for these adults.
As the home's Clinical Lead, you will be expected to provide support, guidance and leadership to an innovative and compassionate clinical team. You will be expected to work in partnership with the Registered Manager and therapeutic team to deliver a recovery focused clinical and therapeutic offering to male adults (aged 18-65) experiencing complex mental health difficulties using a wide range of bespoke care planning and risk management strategies.
Your team will be comprised of both nursing and front-line support staff and you will be expected to lead and continuously develop the clinical offering ensuring that the service's values and visions are encapsulated and embedded into clinical practice and that person centred planning is integral to the clinical offering.
Valid NMC pin as mental health practitioner

Proven knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety Issues. Safeguards (DOLS) as well as Pharmaceutical Guidelines.
A clear understanding of policies and procedures, as well as legislation and guidance related to clinical practice and governance (including CQC Regulations)Experience:
Two years significant management experience of working with people with complex mental health needs in the community, rehabilitation services or acute inpatient settings.
A minimum of 2 years' experience of clinical practice post qualification
Experience of developing clinical practice
