Clinical Psychologist - 20 hours per week - £50,000 per annum, pro rata.
The Willows Hospital is a 14-bedded unit providing mental health rehabilitation for adult service users with complex mental health needs that impact their recovery to live in the community. The hospital opened in March 2020 in Wisbech, North Cambridgeshire, providing specialist assessment, treatment and support to stabilise service users' symptoms and help them regain the skills and confidence to live successfully in the community. A holistic MDT approach facilitates assessment, treatment and review of both mental and physical wellbeing.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Psychologist, who shares our vision for high quality Mental Health recovery services and who want to make a difference, to join our Rehabilitation and Recovery service. The position is based at Willows Hospital, Gorefield, Wisbech.
Willows multidisciplinary team offer high quality recovery focused care to adults with a range of mental health needs.
The successful candidate will be required to provide psychological assessment and evidence based psychological treatment for people presenting with moderate to severe mental health difficulties. Knowledge and familiarity with psychometric assessment is required.
The successful candidate will receive high quality clinical supervision and clinical governance supervision from a Senior Psychologist. There will be opportunities to develop leadership skills, research ideas and to develop skills in one of the specialty areas of Psychological Services
