HCL Mental Health are looking for Community Mental Health Practitioners to work in Abingdon. This is an Older Adults role so experience is desirable but happy to consider those with an interest in the service. Applications are welcomed from RMNS, Social Workers and OTs, we are looking for a full time person but part time applicants will also be considered. The role involves Care of Older adults with mental health needs both functional and dementia.
Assessment of mental health needs, care planning with psychosocial interventions and medication. It can be done over 5 days or 4 longer days.
