HCL Mental Health are looking for Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse or Social Worker
Setting: Community Promoting Recovery Team
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Locum Rolling
Salary: £25-£26.50 per hour
Knowledge of the effects of alcohol and drug use on physical and mental health and their impact on risk.
Ability to maintain therapeutic optimism when working with people who are reluctant to be in contact with mental health services and have a history of relapse, using flexible approaches to engaging them.
Ability to role model and reflect and provide evidence of conflict resolution.
Ability to manage own stress and support other members of the MDT appropriately.About HCL Mental Health
