Registered Mental Health NurseA hospital based in Central Derby are recruiting for Mental Health Nurses and Learning Disability Nurses to join the team - helping provide low secure and mental health rehabilitation care across 3 wards.We are looking for experienced and preceptor RMN and RNLD's to be part of an already established team with excellent training, good CQC rating and great reputation.You will receive an excellent starting salary which includes enhancements for night shifts, weekends and bank holidays and have the option to join full time, part time or bank. Your Day-to-Day…Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observationsWork closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve qualityAttend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge and promote nursingUnder NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionalsAdminister prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelinesSupport for Preceptors - has a well led and established preceptorship programme. On completion of preceptorship we offer a good re-numeration package.Training - As well as the statutory and mandatory training, provide an array of training courses for each individual with the ethos on personal development. These include CPD days and specific preceptorship training days.Development pathways - There are various development opportunities within the service.
