Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of a Registered Community Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse / Social Worker / Occupational Therapist (RMN/CPN) Band 5/6/7 to join the Community Mental Health Service based out of Redbridge in Greater North East London. The role is Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.
The Mental Health Psychiatric will work as a member of the Mental Health Service. The post holder will manage a defined caseload of service users experiencing moderate to severe mental health problems, and those with pre-existing severe mental health diagnoses to reduce risk and maintain stability in this vulnerable period for mental health. They will undertake holistic community assessments with a strong emphasis on family relationships and safeguarding. In addition the post holder will be expected to offer both support and advice to carers and relatives, and to work in an integrated manner with key partner organisations and professionals.
The pay rate for this locum role is between £18.71 - £31.71 per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
