My client are a large private healthcare company with a unique approach to the delivery of care. With a network of over 70 services across England and Wales, providing four services including: Mental Health, Neurological, Learning Disabilities & Autism, Children & Education.
The site in need provide a multidisciplinary approach to long-term care provision and provide the specialised care and expert therapeutic interventions required for people affected by the majority of known neurological conditions who require a home from home setting.
Main Duties:
* Part of an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with neurological conditions
* help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life
* Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
* Assist with medical & welfare needs
* Report on medical & welfare needs as required
* Safeguard
* Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
You will have…
* Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people's lives

* Sensitive & intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment
* Passionate about empowering & supporting service user independence
* Ideally but not essential to hold a current training certificate in MAPA or PMVA - other accredited restraint training will be accepted
