We are looking for dedicated, passionate Support Workers to join our team.

Our Support Workers support individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living, from personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities.

Our Support Workers enable our customers to express their rights, choices and aspirations whilst ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care's policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.

Relevant experience is desirable but not essential and applications are welcomed from individuals with transferable skills along with the ability to work flexibility on a shift rota basis. You will need to be a great team player, motivated, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Excellent listening and communication skills are essential. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a good standard of written, verbal and numeracy skills, as well as good basic IT skills.

The Service
Waterside Lodge - located in the heart of Leytonstone is a mental health residential service, that provides 24-hour residential care, and offers personalised support to our residents. Waterside Lodge enables and supports residents to engage in various recreational activities by creating a social and homely atmosphere, which involves hosting barbeques in our lovely spacious garden, providing entertainment and going on summer day trips and engaging our residents in afternoon Tea and Talk sessions.
