Better Healthcare work with a supported living facilities which helps adults to live independently whilst managing a mental health condition, behavioural difficulties and/or similar vulnerabilities. The adults within these services may have gone through financial hardship, family breakdowns and generally tough times and need individuals with a passion for making a difference to come and support them.
The role includes:
Assisting adults in a supported living environment
Supporting day to day activities (daily routines, education/career, appointments, budgeting, cleaning etc.)
Teaching life skills
Safeguarding the residents
Carrying out welfare checks
Administrating first aid/medication as and when needed
