This is a busy, varied role where you will provide assistance to our residents to ensure that they are supported by services and activities that are centred around their needs. Rosters are planned a fortnight in advance but you can set your availability on the Emprevo App to allow your managers to know of your availability to pick up extra shifts when they become available. Successful applicants will share a genuine desire to care and assist consumers with a strong person-centred care focus and will need to demonstrate: * Previous experience in a similar role; * Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification essential; * Ability to use computerised clinical management software such as Autumn Care; * Ability to follow directives as per care plan; * An ability to work within a multidisciplinary team; * An understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities; * Current flu vaccination and National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months).
