Government IKC Educator

* This is a remote role *

The Government IKC Educator is responsible for clinical training that teaches and integrates DaVita IKC policies, procedures, and theory and skills for Integrated Kidney Care patients for nursing, Care coordinators and IKCA positions. The Government IKC Educator primarily provides timely and effective training to all IKC teammates. Position also provides training for initial certification and recertification of Preceptors. The Government IKC Educator may assist in presentation of mandatory in-services and other continuing education programs as requested.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Content updates/changes including obtaining executive and legal approval for Tableau/Dragon/Cureatr/Vsee/Cerner Training
* Will require a Registered Nursing License
* Material and collateral creation, distribution and maintenance
* CQI on all content
* Onboarding Training for care team
* Refresher/New System Training
* Responsible for the development and facilitation of new Teammate onboarding for Vsee/Tableau/Cureatr/Dragon/Cerner and all new systems
* Partner w/CQAs, NP Managers, CC leads, and systems product with training material and facilitation
* Partner with locally markets for meetings to deliver training
* Models DaVita mission and values to all new and current DaVita teammates

Salary/ Wage Range

$68,400.00 to $100,400.00

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
