We are offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join The Melbourne Clinic specialist programs, eating disorders and addictions inpatient programs.
If you are a motivated and enthusiastic Division 1 nurse who thrives in a Multi-disciplinary, collaborative and patient focused environment, dedicated to the health outcomes of people admitted to these specialty programs then this is the position for you.
The successful applicant will have high level interpersonal skills, demonstrated experience in mental health and be motivated to continue in their own professional growth and service development through the unique opportunities this role will offer. Experience in eating disorders and addictions is preferred, but not essential. A robust orientation, mentoring and professional development package will be available for the successful applicants
The Melbourne Clinic is Australia's largest and longest operating Private Mental Health Facility. We provide a comprehensive range of inpatient evidence based treatment programs and services for a variety of mental health diagnoses.

- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Post Graduate Certificate in Mental Health (or working towards)
- Working with Children check (if relevant)
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Works well independently and within a team
- Basic computer skills
- Eating disorder and addictions experience preferred
Salary will be in accordance with years of experience and Healthscope 2 EBA. Expected salary range is $62 - 80k per annum, exclusive of allowances
