Unit Manager - RGN / RMN / RNLD - BRAND NEW SERVICE- Mental Health / Brain Injury
Further details: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered nurse ( Adult Nurse - RGN, Mental Health Nurse - RMN or Learning Disability Nurse - RNLD ) to join a BRAND NEW service opening in The Wirrall. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a very positive, friendly and supportive specialist care home for young adults with complex needs including mental health, learning Disabilities and brain injury rehabilitation .

Service Type: Care Home for young adults with brain injury, mental health and Learning Disabilities
Salary: up to £43357 per annum (up to £18.95p/hour)- negotiable depending on your experience +£1500 welcome bonus
Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available - you can choose depending on your preference (options of: 22, 33, 38.5 or 44 hours per week)
Shifts: Options of Days only or Nights only or Mixed shifts on a rotational basis - you can choose depending on your preference
Care Home Details: The service is due to open Summer 2022 and will be a small specialised service consisting of 30 beds spread across 3 floors. As the newest addition to the portfolio of services for a leading provider of specialist nursing care for adults living with a range of complex and high acuity needs, The service aims to bridge the gap between inpatient treatment and community rehabilitation, This state-of-the-art service boasts a range of excellent facilities including vibrant communal lounges, a range of activities for residents to enjoy and a homely visiting room and will be the latest development
Preceptorship nurses: In the case of newly qualified / preceptorship nurses, the care home offers a fantastic preceptorship programme. They have a good number of experienced staff to support and mentor newly qualified nurses.
Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Care Home offers a structured and thorough and bespoke 2- 4 -week induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the service. You will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. You will receive ongoing support from your Manager.
