Support Worker - Mental Health and Homelessness
We have roles available in; Newcastle, Gateshead, Blyth, Morpeth and North Shields.
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) and Part Time hours available
Salary £19,360 to £19,554 pa (pro rata), negotiable based on skills and experience
£9.90 per hour if you'd prefer a casual job

We're looking for brilliant Support Workers to use their life skills and experience to empower our vulnerable customers.
We support our customers who have complex needs and mental health. They may also be experiencing homelessness or at risk of being homeless.
We help our customers by creating support plans that reflect their individual needs and work towards them living independently and moving through our accommodations and eventually finding their forever home.

About you
As our Support Worker, you'll be caring, flexible with your approach, a good communicator and have experience of supporting or caring for vulnerable people.
If you've had a job in this type of environment before that would be amazing, but if not, we are able to provide full training!
As our Support Worker, you'll promote independence and ensure privacy, rights and dignity is always respected. Our customers suffer from a range of medical conditions with diverse backgrounds, you'll be committed to delivering care in a non-discriminatory way.
