Senior Registered Nurse / Unit Manager - Brain Injuries / Mental Health - Brand New Service

Location: Stockton on Tees

Salary: £19.52 per hour

Hours: Full Time or part time minimum 24 hours. Nights only or mixed shifts

Company / Care Home information:

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered nurse to work within a brand new Specialist Care Home which opening in early 2023. The Care Home offers a high standard of person-centred care to adults with complex mental health needs and neuro-disabilities, including Huntington's disease and Parkinson's.

  • The Care Home has 30 large bedrooms in total, split across three units. They company are rated highly on (url removed) and have a number of fantastic reviews left by services users and relatives of services users.

  • The company is recognised as a leading provider of specialist nursing care in the UK for their 38 Care Homes. They are opening newly commissioned services over the next year too which opens great opportunities for internal progression.

About the job:

Our community-based homes and services provide person-centred care and rehabilitation that focuses on maximising independence, building everyday living skills and empowering people to live as fulfilled lives as possible. We support people on their journey from being in hospital or living in a secure setting to community and independent living, as well as offering longer term support for people living with degenerative or lifelimiting illnesses.

Are you ?

  • A Registered Nurse ( RGN , RMN or RNLD ) ? The Care Home welcomes applications from General Nurses, Mental Health Nurses and Learning Disability Nurses. Full training and support will be given by your own designated mentor.

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK?
